(uhh...) oh well, i'm really bored these few days. though it's obvious that there are tons of assignments and tests waiting to be accomplished. but, not for now. (: cause this week was a slack week (: i hope all of you have been enjoying your days so far (: you may want to watch K DRAMAS <333333333333333333. okay... haha just kidding.


y'know, a few minutes ago, i've been listening to a song sang by Deb Fung. and it suddenly struck me, somehow. it's absolutely no relation to what kept me thinking. an image formed in my mind. and guess what.. it's WHALE RIDER (((((((((((((((: i know i make no sense. but then, i've kinda forgotten what this book was about, but i bet all of you've not forgotten about it, righttt? (YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS). very good.


seriously, i really don't know how this got into my mind. it's just plain weird. yes. but then again, i'm quite sure there's gotta be some hidden agenda. i don't know, still. so, if you're really bored, as bored as me, you can think 'bout this book too! (((((((:

actually, t'is a really encouraging and inspiring book. i'm sure many of you've taken up leadership opportunities by now, even if you've not, it's good to reflect on what we've learnt from this book. last year while we were all studying this book for literature, we focused on the characteristics and values of each character in the story. mostly about Kahu. and i just realised that Kahu's a really inspiring character to all of us. though she's a female, and so young, she'd already possessed such great & wonderful qualities that made her into an oustanding leader in the end. though she's young, she's able to accomplish things that even some adults coudn't do. this goes to show that everyone of us are a miracle, and we must believe in ourselves, no matter who you are. and we must keep believing in ourselves. someday, we'll make it. it's unpredictable, though. time will show.
